Your dashboard is the source of truth for current balance, next due date, and payment-plan progress. If installment billing is active, the next due amount/date appears in Payment Plan Visibility. Posted payments and confirmations appear in Activity & History and receipts/documents. If you just paid, allow brief processing time and then refresh or reopen your booking.
⏰ Missed Payments, Late Fees & Overdue Handling▼
If a payment is missed, your booking may move to past-due/overdue and require immediate action. Late fees may apply according to your rental terms and account status. When overdue appears, pay as soon as possible and contact support to avoid further escalation. Overdue balances can limit extension eligibility and may trigger additional account restrictions.
🗓️ Extensions & Renewals▼
Use Extension Availability to check your current extension path. Open Extension Flow to request more time; approval depends on booking status, balance, and fleet availability. If extension cannot be completed online, call support for manual review. Any unpaid extension-related amount remains due on your booking account.
🛣️ Tolls, Tickets, GPS & Security Disclosure▼
Renters are responsible for tolls, tickets, parking violations, and related charges incurred during the rental period. Vehicle/location monitoring and security systems may be active for asset protection, compliance, and recovery. Unpaid toll/ticket obligations can be billed to your account after reconciliation.
🔧 Maintenance, Service & Vehicle Care▼
Report warning lights, service alerts, tire issues, and drivability concerns immediately. Do not ignore oil/service intervals; contact support for service coordination before authorizing major work. Return expectations include normal cleanliness and no smoking/vaping in the vehicle. Excessive cleaning, smoke remediation, or preventable neglect may result in added charges.
🚨 Accidents, Roadside & Emergency Instructions▼
For emergencies, prioritize safety first and call 911 when needed. For accidents: document scene details, exchange required information, and notify support as soon as possible. For roadside breakdowns: pull over safely, secure the vehicle, and contact support for next steps. Do not abandon the vehicle or authorize non-emergency repairs without approval.
📍 Pickup, Return & Communication Expectations▼
Arrive on time for pickup/return windows and communicate early if delays are expected. Late returns without approved extension can trigger late fees and overdue enforcement. Return the vehicle with expected fuel level and in comparable condition. Keep your phone reachable for booking updates, support outreach, and operational notices.

Use this portal to view booking status, manage payments, review activity, and access available documents. Active-rental statuses indicate whether your booking is current, needs action, or is overdue. Renters are responsible for compliant vehicle use and honoring all rental terms. Policy violations may lead to extra fees, booking restrictions, or account actions. Any refund/security-deposit handling follows the signed rental terms and posted account records.
